 New dreams, new expectations. This is how the coming ‘2025’ began. Everyone is starting the new year with full enthusiasm, with achievements and failures, happiness and sorrow. Like many other countries in the world, ‘Happy New Year-2025’ was celebrated in Bangladesh with colorful arrangements, saying goodbye to the old and welcoming the new year.

Like every year, billions of people around the world welcomed the year 2025 with traditional fireworks to welcome the new year.

The celebration began with eye-catching fireworks and colorful lighting as soon as the clock struck 12. Like in many other countries, the New Year festival began with charming fireworks and lighting at various points in different cities of Bangladesh. People of all ages reveled in the New Year festival.

In different countries around the world, gorgeous lighting and fireworks are organized around the New Year. Bidding farewell to 2024, various countries welcomed 2025 one by one in the next 24 hours.

The country's security arrangements were quite strong for the New Year. 3,000 police have been deployed in Dhaka city alone on the occasion of the Thirty-First Night.

Meanwhile, President Md. Shahabuddin and Chief Advisor to the Interim Government Dr. Muhammad Yunus have greeted the countrymen on the occasion of the English New Year 2025 in separate messages. In addition, on the occasion of the English New Year, people of the country are sending messages on social media to wish their loved ones and friends well.
